Privacy Notice

Updated September 17, 2026

This notice explains information handled through the EssiBuild LLC website.

Information you share

Quote requests can include your name, contact details, city or ZIP code, product information, preferred date, access details, and an optional photo. The website review form collects your first name, service, rating, review, an optional project photo, and consent to display them. Uploaded photos are resized and stripped of embedded camera metadata before storage. It does not require an email address.

How it is used

EssiBuild LLC uses these details to review projects, respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and follow up on feedback. Publicly featured feedback is limited to the information covered by your permission. Contact details are not displayed with reviews.

Services involved

Quote requests are sent through FormSubmit to EssiBuild's email inbox. Website reviews and optional photos are stored with Cloudflare, checked before publication, and can be removed by EssiBuild. Unapproved reviews and photos expire after one year. Optional chat is provided by tawk.to, which can process messages, device and usage information, and cookies. Hosting and font providers can receive technical information such as your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

You can call or text instead of using a form. Provide only the information needed for your project. For questions about information you sent, corrections, removal requests, or permission to display your review, contact masoudessi67@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed in light of records that may need to be retained for service or other obligations.
